Tanda Service User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the owner of the Tanda service (hereinafter referred to as the "Right Holder") and an Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") when using the Tanda website, mobile applications, and other services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1.2. By using the Service, including registering, viewing content, submitting applications, posting information, or performing any other actions, the User confirms that they fully and unconditionally accept the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must cease using the Service.

2. Terms and Definitions

The following main terms are used in this Agreement:

• Tanda Service — an online platform (marketplace) in the field of education that connects private schools, kindergartens, educational centers, agencies for admission abroad, and Users.
• User — a natural person using the Service.
• Partner — a legal or natural person posting educational offers on the Service.
• Content — any texts, images, descriptions, reviews, logos, and other materials posted on the Service.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Right Holder grants the User access to the functionality of the Tanda Service, including searching, comparing, and obtaining information about educational services, as well as the ability to interact with Partners.

3.2. The Right Holder is not an educational organization and does not provide educational services directly, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Service.

4. Registration and Account

4.1. To use certain functions of the Service, the User may be required to register and create a personal account.

4.2. The User undertakes to provide reliable, current, and complete information during registration.

4.3. The User is responsible for the security of their login credentials and for all actions performed under their account.

5. Rights and Obligations of the User

5.1. The User has the right to:

• use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose;
• receive information about educational services from Partners;
• contact the Service's support team.

5.2. The User undertakes to:

• not violate the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• not post false, illegal, or misleading information;
• not take actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Service.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Right Holder

6.1. The Right Holder has the right to:

• change the functionality of the Service;
• suspend or restrict the User's access for violating the Agreement;
• update this Agreement unilaterally.

6.2. The Right Holder undertakes to make reasonable efforts to ensure the stable operation of the Service.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1. All exclusive rights to the Service, program code, design, and interface elements belong to the Right Holder or are used on a legal basis.

7.2. The User grants the Right Holder a non-exclusive right to use the Content they post within the scope of the Service's operation.

8. Liability and Limitations

8.1. The Right Holder is not responsible for the quality, timing, and content of educational services provided by Partners.

8.2. The Service is provided "as is." The Right Holder does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted operation.

9. Personal Data

9.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9.2. By using the Service, the User consents to the processing of their personal data.

10. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

10.1. The Right Holder has the right to change the terms of the Agreement at any time. The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication.

10.2. The User has the right to stop using the Service at any time.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. This Agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

11.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if an agreement is not reached, in court at the location of the Right Holder.

11.3. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the User starts using the Service.
